Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a team game in which no contact between players is permitted. Players pass the frisbee trying to score by catching it in their opponents end zone. Only one on one defence is permitted. A player must come to a stop when he catches the frisbee. When the frisbee is dropped or knocked to ground possession is lost. A send off rule will apply. The competition runs for five weeks plus a finals week.
Trophies will be awarded to winning teams in each division.

Competition dates: Tuesday, June 29, July 6, 13, 20, 27, Aug 3.
Teams: 6 people with up to 4 reserves.
Divisions: Male, Female, Mixed.
Playing Times: 12:15pm, 12:45pm & 1:15pm.
Venue: Tuesday at Langley Park.
COST: $300. per team.
